A 71 year old lady, Mrs Jane, is brought to A&E by ambulance with her daughter because of a severe headache. It has been going on for the last two weeks and has gotten progressively worse. The patient has also become gradually more confused over this time. Her daughter remembers the patient had a fall about three weeks ago in which she suffered a minor bump to her head.
Of note, she is on warfarin for atrial fibrillation?
What is the most likely diagnosis?
