AA – CT-PA

You’ve done your lab tests, but you decide you need more information to make a diagnosis, so best to do some imaging perhaps. A CTPA will tell us more about what is going on. However, before you can wheel Mrs. J off, she complains that she has started to feel dizzy. You notice that she is shorter of breath than before, and suddenly she faints. You decide to do an ECG, which shows the following:

 

What rhythm does the ECG show?

1) Ventricular fibrillation

2) Supra-ventricular tachycardia

3) Ventricular tachycardia
