CA – Troponin and wait

The ECG looks worrying, but you don’t want to move to fast and break things. You opt to measure troponin and wait for it to come back before you make your next move.

Whilst you are waiting, the patient then complains that they have started to feel dizzy. You notice they are shorter of breath than before, and suddenly they faint. You decide to do another ECG, which shows the following:
