The back to basics doctor

You go back to basics and give the dehydrated patient some N. Saline 0.9%. After 30 minutes, he seems a bit better.

His observations are now: pulse 107, BP 122/68 mmHg, temp 37.1, RR 28, sats 100% oa

You ponder what to do next. He is still breathing fast, not unlike the patient below (except your patient is less paediatric). Breath sounds are equal on both sides.
